A vintage all original pair of NY chairs, by Takeshi Nii, 1958, for Trend Pacific Inc, Japan.
The chair was named 'NY', assimilating the designer's family name with the Danish translation of the word "new".
This design has won many awards and was immortalised when it made selection as a permanent feature in the MOMA, New York, collection in 1970.
