Original 1964 “Serenity”, Paul Detlefsen, framed lithograph print
Born in Copenhagen in 1899 Paul Detlefsen eventually found his way to Hollywood via Chicago. In Hollywood he found work as a set artist and was Oscar nominated for his work on the 1944 Huckleberry Finn film. In his later life, he began painting large scale landscapes of which this is his most enchanting. A rare find!
