This rare Australian iconic piece was designed by Grant Featherston and Mary Featherston in 1973. It is a beautiful, timeless, high quality piece that is over 50 years old and still in such amazing condition. A collector's piece that has been built to last and live multiple life times.
Manufactured by Uniroyal (later bought by Bridgestone), Victoria (1973). It is also part of the permanent collection in the Museum of Applied Arts and Science and National Gallery of Victoria.
Grant Featherston and Mary Featherston are universally regarded as Australia's best known furniture designers.
